We're excited to announce the appointment of Western Earth Moving (WEM) as our civil contractor.
WEM took over the site in early July 2026, and will be responsible for constructing all aspects of the subdivision from earthworks through to roads, services installation and landscaping.
The bulk of these works will be completed by the end of 2026 year, subject to good weather, with landscaping and other final items occurring in early 2027.
